Linguini della Moglie
Fine strands of pasta tossed with asparagus, onions and courgettes in a cream sauce
Sfoglia di Verdure
Filo pastry parcel filled with Mediterranean vegetables and Goat’s cheese, baked in the oven, garnished with rocket leaves and drizzled with Chef’s own pesto

Pasta tubes tossed with Chef’s own Bolognese sauce and Parmesan cheese
Main Course
Insalata di Capriciosa
Chargrilled asparagus and pan-fried wild mushrooms tossed with salad leaves and shavings of Parmesan cheese, drizzled with a warm butter, lemon juice and tarragon dressing
Gnocchi alla Guardi
Potato dumplings and dried porcini in a tomato and demi-glace sauce, dusted with Parmesan cheese and baked in the oven
Pollo al Rosamarino
Strips of chicken pan-fried with onions, cherry tomatoes and rosemary in a touch of butter. Served with hand cut chips
Salmone Fritto
Strips of salmon dusted in flour and deep fried, served with caper mayonnaise and hand cut chips
Desserts
Tiramisu
Sponge fingers soaked in coffee and rum, topped with a layer of zabaglione, fresh cream and mascarpone cream cheese and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder
Cheesecake
A sumptuous raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake set on a digestive biscuit base
Ice Cream
2 scoops of Italian ice cream – choose from vanilla, chocolate, coconut, pistacchio and lemon sorbet
Zabaglione Mousse
Traditional zabaglione flavoured mousse topped with crushed amaretti biscuits
