Antonio & Suzanne Viscariello bought La Vista in Great Baddow (formerly Gerrardo’s) in January 2007 and completed a total refurbishment and restoration programme in March 2007.

Bar Luna is contemporary and stylish yet maintains a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you plan to eat in the restaurant or pizzeria or just want to chill out in beautiful surroundings, it is the perfect place to meet with friends for a drink. The bar is always open to non-diners with a large selection on wines by the glass, champagne cocktails, spirits, liqueurs and beers.

The restaurant is divided into four separate rooms. Perfect for intimate dining, as well as being able to accommodate small weddings, private family dinners, and any other celebration meals. We will always tailor-make a package for functions at a set price if required.

We offer a fixed price lunch and mid-week evening menu and also a set Sunday Lunch menu. The A La Carte menu is available at all times.

La Vista welcomes our new Italian head chef Diego Burzotta who has been adding delicious, very traditional Italian dishes to our Menu.

The pizzeria is a fun, relaxed and buzzy area. With hand-made traditional Italian pizzas, as well as a selection of starters, sides and desserts, you will certainly be back for more – even if it is that Saturday night take-away!

The restaurant is open six days per week and a perfect venue for business lunches. There are two rooms available to hire for business seminars. Please contact Suzanne Viscariello for a corporate hospitality pack.

All areas, excluding the pizzeria, are now air-conditioned and we have a no smoking policy throughout.
